Meditation Sits

Sits are fundamental to our practice. Through stillness and a quieting of the mind we can develop self-awareness (mindfulness), cultivate insight (vipassanā), and reduce stress. We offer sits both in-person and on Zoom.

Weekday Sits

Regular, in-person sits are held from 5:30pm-6:00pm (Mon-Fri).

Sunday Sits

We meet each Sunday from 9:30am to 10:00 am.
